Avitexture (Pty) Ltd (registration no. 2023/631238/07) runs this website and is the responsible party for personal information collected through it, under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

This site has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. We don't follow you around the web, and we don't build a profile of you.

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your WhatsApp number or email address, the topic you pick and your message.

To reply to you, and to keep a record of what we discussed. Nothing else. We never sell it or use it for marketing lists.

Your message reaches us as a WhatsApp message or an email, sent through trusted messaging and email providers. If you choose WhatsApp, we send you one message to confirm we received it. Like any website, our host keeps basic server logs, such as IP address and time of a request, for a short time to keep the site running and secure.

Only as long as we need it to help you, or as long as the law requires if it becomes part of a customer record.

You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, through the contact form. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
